摘　　要：21世纪是一个人口老龄化与信息技术并存的时代,信息技术的发展为我们的生活带来了很大的方便,如果将信息技术应用于老年人养老,这对于缓解我国的人口老龄化压力将是一个非常有效的方式,鉴于此,政府倡导推出了智慧养老的新模式。文章主要探索了农村智慧养老的运营模式,并进一步分析了农村智慧养老在推行过程中会遇到的顶层制度设计、农村信息基础设施建设滞后、技术开发、老年人对智慧养老产品的使用等问题,且对这些问题的解决提出了一些对策建议。The 21st century is a time with population aging and information technology coexisting, and the development of information technology makes our life much more convenient. The application of information technology to the elderly pension will effectively relieve the pressure of China population aging. Therefore, Chinese government advocates and introduces the new mode of wisdom pension. This paper mainly explores rural wisdom pension operation mode, analyzes further such issues as top level system design, rural basic information infrastructure construction lag, technology development, elderly application of wisdom pension products which are possibly encountered in the process of carrying out rural wisdom pension, and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for dealing with these issues.
