摘　　要：医院信息化建设要求配套的网络基础建设必须满足HIS、EMR、PACS等系统所需的带宽和传输能力,同时要保证网络安全可控。介绍了南京鼓楼医院内外网架构,并从降低安全风险和网络虚拟化等层面展开,详细介绍相关技术及实施中遇到的问题,为医院网络基础建设提供参考与借鉴。The network system of hospital information construction should be satisfied by the bandwidth and transmission capacity required of HIS, EMR, PACS, etc, and must ensure safety and controllability. It introduced the architectures of intranet and extranet in Nanjing Gulou Hospital in this essay, and detailed the related technologies and problems encountered in the implementation from reducing security risks and network virtualization, so that presented a reference of hospital network infrastructure for others.
