摘 要:对含1.5%Si、尺寸为15 mm×15 mm×15 mm的铸态30Cr13不锈钢试样进行了1100℃=×1 h退火、1 050℃分别水淬和油淬以及420℃回火处理,然后分析、测定了试样的显微组织和硬度,以研究淬火介质对30Cr13钢组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明,在两种介质中淬火的试样的显微组织均为马氏体和M_(23)C_6(Cr_(15.58)Fe_(7.42)C_6)型碳化物,但油淬试样的组织更为均匀细小,碳化物量较少,回火后硬度也更高。As-cast 30Cr13 stainless steel samples with 1.5% Si, measuring 15 mm by 15 mm by 15 mm, were subjected to annealing that consists of soaking at 1 100 ℃ for 1 h and furnace cooling, quenching from 1 050 ℃ in water and oil respectively, and tempering at 420 ℃, then subjected to microstructural survey and hardness measurements, to reveal the effect of quenching media on microstructure and property of the steel. The results showed that microstrnctures of the samples quenched in the two media all consisted of martensite and M23C6 (Cr15.58 Fe7.42C6 ) carbides, the oil-quenched sample, however, exhibited relatively uniform and finer structure, less carbides, and higher hardness than the water-quenched sample.
