摘 要:为解决GZC800型装船机作业产生的积煤、煤尘、煤泥、煤泥水给周边环境带来的污染,济宁三号煤矿装船队针对污染主要产生途径进行研究分析,创新思路,设计制造了集污染源控制、收集、运输于一体的清煤溜槽系统,最大限度的抑制煤尘,积煤、煤泥、煤泥水全部运入作业船只,间接实现了胶带输送煤流系统的密闭。清煤溜槽系统的研制成功不仅消除了过去"积煤煤泥污水满地,干后漫天尘"恶劣环境,节约了人工,而且创造了一个干净、清洁、文明的环保示范岗。In order to solve the environment pollution of coal stacking,coal dust,coal mad and slime water bring by the operation of GZC800 ship loader,the ship load team of Jining NO.3 Coal Mine targeted analyze the main pollution resources and innovative thinking design the coal clean and chute system integrated pollution resources control,collection and transportation,which control coal stacking,coal dust,coal mad and slime water uttermost and bring all of them to operation ship,indirectly realized the sealing of belt conveyor of coal flow system.The success design of coal clean and chute system not only eliminate the bad environment of ground full of coal stacking,coal dust,coal mad and slime water,dust flow all over the air after dry,save labor,but also create a clean environment protection model station.
