浅谈基层科技情报机构现状及发展对策的思考

摘　　要：介绍了基层科技情报机构建设存在科技情报工作重视度不够，信息服务跟不上要求；基层查新员配置上相对薄弱，知识面滞后查新工作；电子为栽体的数据库为主体科技信息资源建设落后的现状。对基层科技情报机构思想观念不够解放，重视度不够，服务手段跟不上社会需求，科技情报业务工作经费缺，科技信息资源建设落后等问题分析，提出如何开展基层科技情报机构工作对策的思考。The paper introduces the basic science and technology intelligence construction science and technology intelligence work seriously insufficient, information service to keep up with demand; Relatively weak part configuration, grassroots novelty searching knowledge lag novelty searching work; Electronic database as the carrier of backward status quo as the main body of science and technology information resources construction. Science and technology intelligence agencies at the base concept is not liberation, seriously insufficient, service means to keep pace with the needs of society, science and technology intelligence operation funds lacks, science and technology information resource construction behind the problem such as analysis, puts forward some countermeasures for how to develop science and technology intelligence work at the grass-roots level of thinking.
