摘 要:目的探讨丹参酮I(Tan-I)对高雄诱导的多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)模型大鼠性激素及卵巢功能的影响。方法通过皮下注射丙酸睾酮建立PCOS大鼠模型。新生雌性Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分为正常对照组,PCOS+Tan-I高、中、低剂量组和PCOS模型组。结果Tan-I显著降低大鼠血清LH、LH/FSH和FAI的水平,显著升高大鼠血清FSH的表达水平,同时Tan-I显著升高大鼠卵巢组织中PPARG1水平,降低NCORI和HDAC3mRNA的表达水平。Tan—I对上述因子的改善作用呈剂量相关性。结论Tan-I通过改善大鼠血清性激素水平以及卵巢功能的表达水平而达到治疗PCOS的目的。Objective To explore the effects of Tanshinone I on the expression of sex hormones and ovarian functions in the model rat with PCOS induced by hyperandrogenism. Methods The PCOS model rats were established by injecting subcutaneously with testosterone propionate. The SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, PCOS+ high, medium, low dose of Tan-I and PCOS model group. Results Tan-I significantly decreased the serum levels ofLH, LH/FSH, FAI, NCORlmRNA as well as HDAC3mRNA and increased the serum levels ofFSH, PPARGlmRNA expression, which were dose-dependent. Conclusions Tanshinone I can function well in curing PCOS through regulating the expression of sex hormones and ovarian functions in the model rat with PCOS induced by hyperandrogenism.
