摘　　要：目的探讨经鼻内进路行鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融鼻前庭囊肿开窗术治疗鼻前庭囊肿的疗效。方法90例患者采用经鼻内进路鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融鼻前庭囊肿开窗术。结果经鼻内进路行鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术鼻前庭开窗术无一例复发，术后面部无畸形。结论经鼻内进路行鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融鼻前庭囊肿开窗术具有手术时间短、手术损伤小、视野清晰、术后患者无需填塞，患者痛苦轻、生活质量高、不影响外观、不复发、长期疗效稳定等优点，且无明显并发症，值得临床广泛推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical treatment efects of the nasal vestibular cyst uncovery surgery with the low temperaturecontrolled plasma radiofrequency ablation under the nasal endoscope. Methods The 90 patients accepted the operation of nasal vestibular cyst uncovery surgery with the low temperature-controlled plasma radiofrequency ablation under the nasal endoscope. Results None of the patients recurred or had facial deformity after the operation. Conclusions We conclude that the nasal vestibular cyst uncovery surgery with the low temperature-controlled plasma radiofrequency ablation under the nasal endoscope is worthy of clinical application and promotion, since it has the advantages such as short operating time, little trauma, clear vision, no need filling after operation, steady curative effect and no complication, as well as the benifits for the the postoperative life quality of the patients.
