补肾活血汤联合克龄蒙治疗卵巢储备功能下降月经过少临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察补肾活血汤联合克龄蒙治疗卵巢储备功能下降（DOR）月经过少的临床疗效。方法收集2013年2月至2016年2月50例DORA经过少患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各25例。观察组给予经验方补肾活血汤联合克龄蒙治疗，对照组单纯采用克龄蒙治疗，3个月经周期后，观察治疗前后的临床症状改善情况、血清卵泡刺激素（FSH）、FSH／黄体生成素（LH）比值、血清雌二醇（E2）的变化。结果观察组显效率16％，有效率72％，总有效率88％；对照组显效率8％，有效率68％，总有效率76％，两组均能明显改善患者临床症状．且观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组与对照组血清FSH和FSH／LH比值较治疗前均降低，两纽血清E2水平均上升，且观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组与对照组患者治疗3个疗程后的症状积分较治疗前均有下降，且观察组较对照组比较下降更明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论补肾活血汤配合克龄蒙中西医结合治疗DORA经过少能有效降低血清FSH、FSH／LH比值，提升血清E2水平，明显改善DOR临床症状，恢复正常月经，是治疗DORA经过少较为理想的治疗方案。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Bushenhuoxue Decoction combined Climen for oligomenorrhea of decreasing ovarian reservation （ DOR ） . Methods Collected from February 2013 to February 2015 in Integrative Medicine Hospital of Jiangsu Province, 50 cases of oligomenorrhea of DOR patients with gynecological clinic diagnosis and treatment, which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 25 cases, the treatment group received Bushenhuoxue Deciction combined with Climen, the control group only received Climen.After three menstrual cycle, the clinical symptoms before and after treatment and the changes of serum FSH, FSH / LH and serum E2 were observed. Results In the treatment group, the obvious effective rate was 16%, the effective rate was 72%, the total effective rate was 88%; In the control group, the obvious effective rate was 8%, the effective rate was 68%, the total effective rate was 76%, clinical symptoms improved significantly in both groups, and the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .In the treatment group and control group, serum FSH and FSH/LH were lower than those before treatment, levels of serum E2 were increased, and the treatment group better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . After three courses, the symptom score decreased both in treatment group and control group patients, and the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conelusions Bushenhuoxue Decoction with Climen Integrative treat the oligomenorrhea of DOR can effectively reduce serum FSH, FSH/LH, improve serum E2, significant improvement in clinical symptoms of DOR, restore normal menstruation, It is an ideal treatment regimen for the oligomenorrhea of DOR.
