摘 要:目的运用超声彩色多普勒技术(CDFI)结合超声弹性成像技术(UE)观察分析非哺乳期乳腺炎、乳腺癌的超声参数特征,并探讨其临床应用价值。方法回顾分析2014年2月至2016年3月接受治疗并经病理证实的85例非哺乳期乳腺炎或乳腺癌女性患者资料。结果非哺乳期乳腺炎患者(NLM组)乳腺病灶血流分级中0-I级所占比例和血流阻力指数(RI)〈0.7所占比例明显高于乳腺癌患者(Ca组),而Ⅱ~Ⅲ级所占比例和RI≥0.7所占比例明显低于Ca组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);NLM组乳腺病灶UE评分以及应C率比值明显低于ca组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);CDFI+UE的准确率(89.41%)分别〉UE的准确率(76.47%)或CDFI的准确率(67.06%),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论CDFI、UE对非哺乳期乳腺炎以及乳腺癌均具有一定的诊断价值,两者联合可获得更优的诊断价值.值得临床上推广应用。Objective To study ultrasonic parameters characteristics of lactation mastitis, breast cancer using color doppler flow imaging ( CDFI ) and ultrasonic elastography ( UE ) , and to explore its clinical value. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 85 female patients who confirmed non lactation mastitis (NLM) or breast cancer (Ca) by pathology, during 2014- February to 2016-march. Results The proportion of class 0-I andRI〈0.7 in group NLM were significantly higher than those in group Ca, while the proportionof class Ⅱ~Ⅲ and RI ≥0.7 were significantly lower than those in group Ca ( P〈0.05 ) ; The UE ratings and the strain rate ratio in NLM group were lower than those in group Ca ( P〈0.05 ) ; The accuracy ofCDFI + LIE ( 89.41% ) 〉 the accuracy ofUE ( 76.47% ) or the accuracy ofCDFI ( 67.06% ) ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusions CDF1 and UE have a certain diagnosis ability for non lactation mastitis and breast cancer, combining both can obtain better diagnostic value, is worthy of clinical application.
