摘 要:试验分析生根剂类型和浓度对蓝雪花扦插生根的影响。结果表明:适宜浓度的NAA和IBA都能显著提高蓝雪花的扦插生根率和平均生根体积。NAA浓度≤100mg/L时,生根率≥69.45%,平均根体积为6.71~6.98cm3;随着IBA浓度增加,生根率和平均根体积均随之下降;两种生根剂均表现为低浓度促进生根,高浓度抑制生根。两者相比较,IBA是一种更适合的生根剂。NAA 50mg/L与IBA 50mg/L组合在提高蓝雪花扦插生根率和平均根体积方面有较优良效果,分别为83.34%和11.40cm3。Plumbago auriculata is a beautiful perennial flower with high ornamental value. Effects of twelve NAA and IBA hormone treatments on rooting of Plumbago auriculata cuttings were studied. Optimal concentration of NAA and IBA hormone improved rooting rate and mean root volume significantly. NAA concentrations at 100 mg/L or lower was an optimal concentration for its rooting with 69. 45% or higher rooting rates and6. 71 ~ 6. 98cm3 mean root volume IBA hormone was better than NAA hormone for the rooting of Plumbago auriculata cuttings. The treatment of NAA concentration at 50 mg/L mixed with IBA had good rooting rate and mean root volume of Plumbago auriculata.
