面向贫困县图书馆开展文化帮扶对策探析——以河北省为例

摘　　要：通过实地考察和座谈的方式,调研河北省四个贫困县图书馆的建设情况,总结现存问题,结合当地用户文化需求和信息行为,依托数字图书馆推广工程建设成果和工作内容,从经费支持、网络搭建、新媒体服务、资源推送、人才培养等多个方面提出文化帮扶的对策,以期为提升贫困地区图书馆数字资源提供能力和远程服务能力提供可行性方案。By the on-the-spot investigation of four libraries in poor counties of Hebei Province, this paper summarizes the construction situation and the present question. Based on the achievement and the work content of Digital Li- brary Promotion Project, combining the local user culture demand and the information behavior, it proposes culture accurate poverty alleviation measures, from aspect of funds supporting, network building, new media service, resources construction, and the librarian training. It hopes to provide a feasible plan to promote the supply ability and the long-distance serviceability of digital resources in poor counties.
