维持性血液透析患者透析中低血压的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的：分析血液透析患者透析中低血压的原因,预防血液透析患者低血压的发生。方法：回顾我院2014年6月-2015月6月行血液透析的52例透析患者中发生低血压的原因。结果：52例患者共透析2 130例次,其中发生低血压172例次,发生率为8.0%,低血压发生原因：有效循环血容量下降、心血管系统的反应性和自主神经功能、透析中进食、透析超滤过多、透析前及透析中服用降压药、重度贫血、严重低蛋白血症。结论：探讨低血压的原因,采取有效的处理方法,改善透析中低血压,提高透析疗效,改善患者生存质量。Objective ： To analyze the causes of hypotension in hemodialysis patients, and to prevent the occurrence of hypotension in hemodialysis patients. Methods：To review the reasons of hypotension during hemodialysis in 52 patients in our hospital from 06 months of 2014 to 06 months of 2015. Results：A total of 52 patients with hemodialysis in 2130 cases, including hypotension occurred in 172 cases, the incidence rate was 8%, the reason of hypotension： effective circulating blood volume decreased, functional response and cardiovascular autonomic nervous system, dialysis ultrafiltration too much, eating, taking antihypertensive drugs before dialysis, dialysis patients taking antihypertensive drugs, severe anemia, severe hypoproteinemia. Conclusion：To investigate the causes of hypotension, to take effective treatment methods, to improve the dialysis of low blood pressure, improve dialysis efficacy, improve the quality of life of patients.
