仿生物电刺激在减少药物流产中阴道出血和妊娠物残留的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨仿生物电治疗对药物流产患者的阴道出血量、出血时间、流产率和子宫内膜修复的影响。方法:选取2015年7月-2016年6月在我院门诊自愿行药物流产的患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。研究组于药物流产后予仿生物电治疗,每天30分钟共10天,对照组不进行该治疗。观察两组患者的术后阴道流血时间、流血量、完全流产率、子宫内膜厚度和血流指标。结果:研究组的术后阴道流血时间、流血量明显少于对照组,完全流产率高于对照组,子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,血流指标(搏动指数、阻力指数)小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:仿生物电治疗应用于药物流产后,可以提高完全流产率,缩短阴道出血时间,减少阴道出血量,并改善子宫局部血液循环,促进内膜修复。Objective： To study the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation on reducing vaginal bleeding and residue of pregnancy in patients with medical abortion. Methods： 80 patients who received medical abortion was divided into treatment group and control group randomly, each group 40 cases. Patients in treatment group were given neuromuscular electrical stimulation after medical abortion（10 days, 30 min per day） whereas patients in control group were not given this therapy. Main outcome measures were the duration and amount of vaginal bleeding, complete abortion rate, endometrial thickness and blood flow parameters by ultrasound scanning. Results： Compared with control group, the duration and amount of vaginal bleeding was reduced and complete abortion rate was higher, endometrial thickness was thicker and blood flow parameters（Pulsation index and resistance index） were less in treatment group. Conclusion：Neuromuscular electrical stimulation after medical abortion can improve the complete abortion rate, shorten the bleeding time, decrease vaginal bleeding, and improve uterine local blood circulation, promote restoration of endometrium.
