摘　　要：目的 :编制适合我国文化背景的腹膜透析生活质量量表。方法 :通过文献检索及患者访谈分别构建量表条目池;应用Delphi专家咨询法、条目分析、变异系数、条目间相关系数、条目与维度间相关系数、内部一致性系数、因子分析等对量表条目进行筛选,并进行信效度检验。结果 :量表一周后重测信度为0.781;Cronbach’sα系数为0.936,显示量表具备较好的信度。与SF-36做效标关联度时,两量表总分的相关系数为0.956。对量表结构效度考评时,通过主成分因子分析提取了10个公因子,公因子的分布与维度间的联系符合前期理论构想及预期结果。结论 :形成的腹膜透析患者生活质量量表有较好的信效度,可在我国腹膜透析患者生活质量的测评中推广应用。Objective： To develop a Quality of Life Scale for peritoneal dialysis patients which could fit our cultural background. Methods： Items pool was constructed through literature searches and interviews with PD patients. Through the Delphi method, item distributed method, the variation coefficient method, correlation coefficient method between the items, correlation coefficient method between items and dimension, Cranbach＇s α coefficient method, factor analysis, we used 7 ways to filter the scale items and evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale. Results： A one-week test-retest reliability of Quality of Life Scale for PD patients was 0.781 and Cronbach＇s a coefficient was 0.936. Both results were higher than 0.7 and showed that the scale has good reliability. The results of criterion validity with SF-36 scales showed the scale had good criterion-related validity with correlation coefficient 0.956. When evaluating construct validity of the scale, we extracted 10 common factors through principal component factor analysis. The relations between dimensions and common factors met the theoretical ideas and the researchers expectation. Conclusion： This study developed Quality of Life Scale for Chinese peritoneal dialysis patients. It has good reliability and validity and could be used to evaluate the quality of life for Chinese peritoneal dialysis patients.
