农业依存度计算模型与实证研究初步

摘　　要：经济社会发展与农业关系至少涉及产值、土地利用方式、人口数量、职业构成等多方面,甚至包括文化、福利、健康等领域.为了反映农业在经济社会发展中的地位,并解决单要素分析不全面的问题,构建一个整合各相关要素的模型十分必要.文章分析了经济社会发展与农业关系的主要研究方法,提出了"农业依存度"概念,构建了农业依存度计算模型,通过对国家尺度、省域尺度等区域的实证研究,进行了合理性和适用性检验,初步形成了农业依存度内涵、研究方法的框架和雏形.该方法基本能够全面、综合地呈现区域经济社会发展对农业的依存强度,以及依存强度的时空特征和区域之间差异,是评价农业在国民经济中所占地位的较好方法之一.The relationship between economic and social development and agriculture involves at least the output val- ue, land use pattern, population quantity, occupation constitution and so on, and even the fields such as culture, welfare, health. There should be such a model, in which integrates relevant factors, and the calculation results can comprehensively reflect the status of agriculture in the economic and social development, so it can be used to solve the problem of incomplete analysis with single factor. This paper analyzed the main method of research on the rela- tionship between economic and social development and agriculture, put forward the concept of ＂agricultural depen- dence ratio＂, and constructed the agricultural dependency calculation model. Through summarizing the empirical re- search on the national scale, provincial scale and other regions, the paper tested the rationality and applicability of the model, and initially formed the connotation of agricultural dependence ratio, the framework and prototype of research methods. This method can comprehensively show dependency strength of regional economic and social development on agriculture, as well as the spatial and temporal characteristics and regional differences of dependent intensity, so it＇s one of the effective method to evaluate the status of agriculture in the national economy.
