四种经血传播病原体对人类血清新蝶呤水平的影响

摘　　要：目的：研究乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）、丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）、梅毒螺旋体（TP）和艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染对人体血清新蝶呤（neopterin，Npt）水平的影响，探讨在国内无偿献血人群中开展Npt水平检测意义。方法：收集医院乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、梅毒和艾滋病患者（或混合感染患者）血清并检测其血清Npt水平，以健康无偿献血者血清Npt水平为对照，分析各组人群Npt水平差异。结果：无偿献血人群Npt平均水平为5．56nmol／L，HBV、HCV、TP和HIV等四种经血传播病原体感染者Npt平均水平分别为10．79nmol／L、19．46nmol／L、19．42nmol／L、43．06nmol／L，高于健康无偿献血人群且有统计学意义，特别是HIV患者或者合并感染患者，Npt水平为正常值的6倍左右。结论：乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、梅毒和艾滋病患者血清Npt水平显著高于健康无偿献血人群．在国内无偿献血人群中开展Not水平检测具有一定的临床意义。Objective： To investigated the significance of four kinds of blood transfusion-transmitted virus （HBV,HCV,TP and HIV） on human sera＇s neopterin （Npt） .Methods： The serum Npt ofHBV, HCV, TP and HIV patients were detected respective- ly, then Npt levels were analyzed and compared with that of healthy blood donors. Results： The mean level of Npt in healthy blood donors HBV, HCV, TP and HIV patients are 5.56nmol/L,10.79nmol/L,19.46nmol/L,19.42nmol/L and 43.06nmol/L. The difference has statistical significance. Conclusion： The Npt levels of HBV, HCV, TP and HIV patients were higher than that of healthy blood donors, so there is some clinical significance to detect Npt level among voluntary blood donors.
