摘　　要：目的：对校准后的SYSMEXXE-5000全自动血液分析仪进行方法学性能验证。方法：参照多项国际、国内标准对SYSMEXXE-5000全自动血液分析仪的本底计数、批内精密度、日间精密度、线性及可报告范围、准确度、正确度、不同吸样模式的结果可比性、实验室内部检验结果的可比性等性能指标进行验证。结果：该仪器的本底计数、批内精密度、日间精密度、线性及可报告范围、准确度、正确度、不同吸样模式的结果可比性、实验室内部检验结果的可比性等指标均通过验证。结论：该仪器性能良好，可用于临床样本的检测．是一种比较理想的全自动血液分析仪。Objective： To conduct the performance verification of SYSMEX XE-5000 automatic hematology analyzer. Methods： According to the international and domestic standards, the background counts, precision of within-run and between-run, linear- it/ and reportable range, accuracy, correctness, comparability of different modes of absorption and results in laboratory of SYSMEX XE-5000 automatic hematology analyzer were all evaluated. Results： The background counts, precision of within-run and be- tween-run, linearit/and reportable range, accuracy, trueness, comparability of different modes of absorption and results in laboratory were all verified. Conclusion： SYSMEX XE-5000 automatic hematology analyzer has good performance and can be used for the detection of clinical samples. It is an ideal automatic hematology analyzer.
