摘 要:热塑性复合材料在汽车上发挥着重要作用,轻质玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料(GMT)和PP(聚丙烯)木粉板复合材料也逐渐应用到汽车的很多方面。通过对比轻质GMT和PP木粉板板材以及两种基材的后隔板性能,结果显示:轻质GMT后隔板在比PP木粉板后隔板质量低的情况下,其大部分性能仍相当。并且2种基材后隔板的零部件挥发性有机物(VOC)显示PP木粉板后隔板的苯系物和醛酮挥发量比轻质GMT后隔板的高约6~8倍。轻质GMT在汽车轻量化和环境友好性上更有优势。Thermoplastic composite materials play an important role in automobile. The Light- weight GMT and Polypropylene wood flour are gradually applied to many aspects of the car. By comparing the performance of Light- weight GMT and Polypropylene wood flour in Substrate and rear bulkhead. The results show that the performance of Light- weight GMT rear bulkhead is nearly the same with Polypropylene wood flour rear bulkhead in lower weight,and the VOC experiment also shows that benzene and aldehydes volatilization of Polypropylene wood flour rear is almost 6 ~ 8 times higher than Light-weight GMT rear bulkhead. So The Light- weight GMT has better performance in lightweight and environmentally friendly of the car.
