专业招生背景下旅游人才培养的供给侧结构性改革研究

摘　　要：新世纪以来,地方应用型本科高校的旅游管理专业在专业认可度、招生和就业方面都存在着问题。2017年开始实施的专业招生改革,将加剧该专业生源供需的失衡问题。专业的生存危机倒逼高校提升竞争力,地方应用型本科高校从课程设置、国际化教育、人才培养模式和学生实践能力的提升等方面,通过实施供给侧改革,彰显该专业的特色与优势,从而解决生源困境的问题。Since the beginning of the new century, there have been some problems in the professional accreditation, enrollment and employment of the tourism management specialty of the local colleges and universities. The reform of professional enrollment will exacerbate the imbalance between the supply and demand of professional students in 2017. The crisis forced universities to enhance the competitiveness of universities from the curriculum, the internationalization of education, talent training mode and improve students＂ practical ability and other aspects. The implementation of supply side reforms will highlight the characteristics and advantages of the professional students, so as to solve the difficulties of source dilem- ma.
