民间资本脱实入虚对地区实体产业效率的影响研究——基于对我国30个省份民营工业13年企业面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：通过对我国30个省市2001—2013年13年民营工业企业的面板数据进行分析,并对影响地区产业效率的影响因素进行实证检验,结果表明:房地产价格变动指数,以深证综合指数为代表的股票价格变动,以原材料、动力、燃料购进价格为代表的通货膨胀,以及出口规模、产业结构等因素对地区实体产业效率具有显著的影响。在宏观政策上,抑制资产价格、生产资料价格过快增长,减少股票价格指数剧烈波动是抑制民间资本脱实入虚的重要途径。考虑地区出口的差异化,就要加快出口贸易发展,提高出口商品附加值。从长远来看,实现第二产业的转型升级,发挥民营工业企业的创造力,是实现由制造业大国向制造业强国转变的发展战略。China from 2001 Based on the analysis of panel to 2013, and empirical tests, data of private industrial enterprises in 30 provinces and cities of the factors of regional industrial efficiency, the results show： real estate price changes index, stock price changes index inflation which is represented by raw materials, power port scale and industrial structure will have a signific which is represented by the Shenzhen Composite Index, and fuel purchase prices, as well as other factors like ex- ant impact on regional entity industry efficiency. In the macro-policy, an important way to suppress private capital off real but into fictitious economy is inhibiting excessive growth of asset prices and production information prices, and reducing the violent fluctuation of the stock price index. Considering the regional differences in exports, it is necessary to accelerate the development of the export trade and increase the added value of the export commodities. In the long term, to achieve the transformation and upgrading of secondary industry and give play to the creativity of private industrial enterprises which is a development strategy to make China transform from a large manufacturing country to a strong manufacturing country.
