摘　　要：文章基于第一次全国海洋经济调查,结合两个试点的实际工作情况,对涉海单位清查底册的数据初筛工作进行了详细的介绍,内容主要涉及初筛数据的来源,初筛的方法以及数据初筛方式的改进方向。试点的初筛结果论证了底册数据初筛的可行性,表明科学合理的数据初筛既能保证数据质量,又能大量节省实际调查的工作量。Based on The First National Marine Economy Survey,this paper introduced the preliminary screening of elementary data during the sea-related units inventory,combining with the two pilots.The main contents included the data sources,the preliminary screening method and suggestions for improvement.The preliminary screening results of the pilots areas demonstrated that the data preliminary screening was feasible.Moreover,scientific and reasonable preliminary screening could ensure data quality and save workload of the survey.
