摘　　要：玫瑰糠疹是一种较常见的炎症性皮肤病,其发病机制至今尚未阐明,病毒感染可能参与了玫瑰糠疹的发病,但仍无充分的证据。本文从玫瑰糠疹的流行病学、病毒感染证据及抗病毒治疗反应等方面综述玫瑰糠疹中病毒感染的可能作用。Pityriasis rosea is a commoninflammatory cutaneous disease.The pathogenesis of PR are still poorly understood.Virus infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of pityriasis rosea,but still no sufficience.This reviews are about the epidemiological evidence,clinical and laboratory-based studies of virus infections,and the reaction of antiviral treatment.These all strongly substantiates PR may being caused by infectious agents.
