摘　　要：目的评价NaOH糊外用治疗传染性软疣(MC)的疗效和副作用。方法本研究证实了"水晶膏"的有效成分是NaOH。并对其进行了改良,将有效成分含量,从50%改良成5%的糊剂,共收集患者59例。治疗时,先在每个疣上涂复方利多卡因乳膏,1h后再涂糊剂,2次/d,每日复诊1次,皮损全部结痂时即停药。结果平均疗程3d,治疗中没有明显炎症反应、溃疡、渗液。治愈51例,复发4例,治愈率79.6%。结论本糊剂治疗MC是安全、有效、价廉及非创伤性的替代疗法,可作为治疗MC的首选药品之一。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of topical Na OH paste treatment MC.Methods This study of ＂Ccrystal cream＂ collected patients with a total of 59,treatment,first in each wart smeared compound lidocaine cream,after about 1 hour,then coated the paste,2 times a day,Daily follow-up 1 time,All lesions scab,stop applicator.Results The course of treatment on average was 3 days,did not have severe inflammatory reaction,without the formation of ulcers and exudate.After the scabs off the net evaluation of curative effect：51 cases of clinical cure,4 cases of recurrence（6.8%）,the final cure rate of 79.6%.Conclusion As a secure effective,economical and non-traumatic alternative therapy,topical 5% paste can be one of the drug of best choice in the treatment MC.
