高校校园学生会的改革机制研究

摘　　要：高校学生会是一支先进的学生组织,它是连接老师和学生之间的纽带,是上传下达的一级组织,在高校的日常工作中起着重要的作用。然而,随着时代的不断发展,学生的人生观、价值观以及生活方式都在逐渐发生着变化。高校学生会旧的管理体制已满足不了当代大学的需求,高校学生会的体制改革势在必行。As an advanced students＇ organization, students＇ union is a bond connecting teachers and students. Being a transmitting organization, it plays important roles in daily work in colleges and universi- ties. However, with the continuous development of society, students＂ outlook on life, values and lifestyles change gradually. The old management system of students＇ union on campus can not meet the contempora- ry universities＇ needs any longer. It is imperative to reform students＇ union system on campus.
