摘 要:为了研究亚硝酸盐作为反硝化底物时的厌氧同时产甲烷反硝化的反应机理,拓展厌氧同时脱碳脱氮理论在高氮有机废水中的实际应用,文章采用批式实验方法,对比研究亚硝酸盐对厌氧颗粒污泥的同时产甲烷反硝化性能的影响。结果表明,亚硝酸盐浓度对厌氧颗粒污泥的活性有影响,在适宜的浓度条件下,随着亚硝酸盐的降解,颗粒污泥的活性会逐渐恢复,当亚硝酸盐浓度达到一定的抑制阙值时,例如试验条件下的400和600 mg/L,其对颗粒污泥的活性抑制是不可逆的;亚硝酸盐浓度对其本身参与的反硝化反应也有影响,但影响不大;亚硝酸盐浓度从20 mg/L增加到600 mg/L,其降解速率由22.26 mg/(h·g)增加至44.07 mg/(h·g)。在产甲烷活性恢复试验中,当反应样中的亚硝酸盐浓度分别为100、200、400、600 mg/L时,厌氧颗粒污泥的产甲烷活性比之前分别降低了4%、10%、100%、100%。The aims of this paper are to study the reaction mechanism of the simultaneous methanogenesis and shortcut denitrification process under anaerobic conditions,and to expand application of anaerobic simultaneous decarburization and denitrification in organic wastewater containing high concentration of nitrogen. Batch tests were done to investigate the effect of nitrite on the simultaneous methanogenesis and denitrification of anaerobic granular sludge. The results showed that nitrite concentration had inhibition on methanogenic activity of sludge. The activity of granular sludge recovered gradually under the condition of appropriate concentration,but could not recover permanently when the nitrite concentration was close to inhibition threshold,such as 400 mg/L,600 mg/L in this experiment condition. Moreover,the nitrite concentration had little effect on denitrification reaction. The degradation rate of nitrite increased from 22.26 mg/(h·g) to 44.07 mg/(h·g) when the nitrite concentration was increased from 20 mg/L to 600 mg/L. In the recovery test,methanogenic activity of anaerobic granular sludge decreased by 4%,10%,100%,100%,respectively,corresponding the nitrite concentration of 100,200,400,600 mg/L.
