摘 要:选取5种阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)对城市剩余污泥调理、4种调理方案进行板框压滤试验,测定调理后的污泥比阻(SRF)、污泥毛细吸水时间(CST),以及板框压滤后的泥饼含水率,采用数理统计的方法对SRF、CST和泥饼含水率进行线性回归分析。结果表明,在同一种药剂调理下,CST和SRF具有显著的线性相关性,可用CST代替SRF确定药剂最佳投药量。SRF、CST分别与板框压滤后的泥饼含水率之间存在明显的线性关系(R^2=0.92,R^2=0.99),能有效表征实际处理过程中污泥的脱水效率。This paper related to dewatering of surplus sewage sludge with the focus on correlation analysis on several indexes,involving a lab experiment of the sludge conditioning by use of five sorts of cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)followed by plate-frame pressure filtration,and then measuring of the indexes including specific resistance to filtration(SRF),capillary suction time(CST)and sludge cake(SC)moisture content. Mathematical statistics method was used for linear regression of the indexes:SRF,CST and SC moisture content,the result of which showed that in the case that sludge conditioned by same one CPAM,CST was linear-correlated to SRF,so that the data of CST,instead of SRF,could be used to determine the optimal dosage of CPAM added for sludge conditioning. In addition,there existed a remarkably correlation among SRF,CST and SC moisture content(R2=0.92,R2=0.99),which could be applied to the characterization of the sludge dewatering efficiency in the practical operation.
