锥栗活性成分变异与果实性状相关分析

摘  要:对12个锥栗品种(八月香、白露仔、薄壳仔、黄榛、嫁接毛榛、建瓯47号、麦色仔、歪嘴榛、乌壳长芒、油榛、圆蒂仔、政和晚熟),采用紫外-可见分光光度法分别测定锥栗中总黄酮和总酚的含量,同时测定锥栗种子的横纵径比、种皮厚度和鲜出仁率等性状,探讨锥栗活性成分与性状的相关关系。结果表明,锥栗的纵横径比与总黄酮含量呈显著负相关(r=-0.576);种皮厚度与鲜出仁率存在显著的负相关(r=-0.595);总黄酮含量与总酚含量呈显著的正相关关系(r=0.693)。根据锥栗中活性成分与性状存在相关关系,可通过外观性状挑选出活性成分高的品种。经聚类分析,可将12个品种分为4种类型,其中包括S6、S8、S9、S10、S12等5个品种的总黄酮、总酚含量均高,平均值分别为2026.70μg·g^(-1)、727.95μg·g^(-1),可作为育种材料,进入锥栗的育种群体,结合其他性状开展锥栗优良品种选育。Determining the contents of total flavonoids and total phenolics by the method of UV-visible spectrophotometry,and the ratio of vertical diameter and transversal diameter,seed coat thickness and the rate of fresh kernel are also measured on the 12 variaties of Castanea henryi( August sweet,Bai Luzai,Thin shell,Yellow hazel,Grafted hair hazel,No. 47 Jianou,Wheat color,Crooked hazel,Black shell with long awn,Oil hazel,Round pedicle,Late-maturing of Zhenghe). The result showed that the ratio of vertical diameter and transversal diameter was significantly negative correlated with the content of total flavonoids,r =- 0. 576. The seed coat thickness was significantly correlation with the rate of fresh kernel,r =- 0. 595. the contents of total flavonoids and total phenolics was significantly negative correlated,r = 0. 693. There is correlation between active ingredients and fruit traits of Castanea henryi,the rich active ingredient varieties can be selected by their appearance characters. By cluster analysis,12 varieties were divided into 4 types,including S6,S8,S9,S10,S12. Their total flavonoids and total phenolics contents were high,average valves were 2026. 70 μg·g^- 1and 727. 95 μg·g^- 1. The varieties can be used as breeding materials and can be chosen into the breeding population of Castanea henryi,combined with other characters to carry out fine varieties of Castanea henryi.
