摘　　要：首先分析了1000kt/a甲醇装置中卡萨利均温型合成塔的运用情况,依据该装置近期运行情况,总结了卡萨利轴径向甲醇合成塔型所存优缺点,最后针对具体问题提出相应的解决措施。This paper analyzes the application of Casali 1000kt/a uniform temperature type methanol unit synthesis tower,according to the recent device operation,summarizes the Casali radial methanol synthesis tower type existing advantages and disadvantages,and finally puts forward the corresponding measures to solve specific problems.
