摘 要:石化企业由于自身产业特性,能源消耗量较大,在当前能源急剧减少,污染现象严重的环境下,如何有效提升石化企业能源利用效率,降低能源损耗显得尤为重要。为了了解石化企业日常经营生产中的电能损耗,可以通过使用有功电能表来计量损失,最为典型的就是三相四线三元件电能表,在一定程度上可以满足能源计量损失,但仍然存在不同程度上的计量损失问题。出现此类问题的原因多数是电流互感器接线错误导致,有待进一步完善。主要就石化企业有功电能表的计量损失进行分析,寻求合理对策予以改善。Because of its own industrial characteristics and energy consumption,petrochemical enterprises are very important in how to improve the energy efficiency and reduce the energy consumption of petrochemical enterprises in the current environment of sharp reduction of energy and serious pollution.In order to understand the petrochemical enterprises in the daily operation of the production of electrical energy loss,can be measured through the use of active energy meter loss,the most typical is the three-phase four-wire threeelement energy meter,to a certain extent to meet the energy loss measurement,but there are still different Degree of measurement loss problem.Most of the reasons for such problems arise due to current transformer wiring error,to be further improved.Therefore,the article mainly analyzes the measurement loss of the active energy meter of the petrochemical enterprise,and seeks for a reasonable countermeasure to improve it.
