浅谈油品销售企业化验室气瓶的安全管理

摘　　要：油品销售企业化验室存在多种易燃易爆有机物,同时又存在多种高压气体,如氢气、氧气、氮气、氩气等。如果使用管理不当,就会存在较大的火灾爆炸隐患。为了降低化验室的HSE风险系数,结合化验室建设及日常管理实践,笔者认为应从钢瓶间及管道设计、气瓶的入库检查、搬运、储存及使用、人员制度管理等多个环节做好化验室气瓶的安全管理工作。There are many kinds of inflammable and explosive organic substances in the laboratory of oil sales enterprises,and there are many kinds of high pressure gases,such as hydrogen,oxygen,nitrogen,argon and so on.If the use of improper management,there will be a greater risk of fire and explosion.In order to reduce the risk of HSE coefficient of the laboratory,laboratory with construction and daily management practice,the author thinks that the design,from the cylinder and the cylinder pipe storage inspection,handling,storage and use,personnel management system and other aspects of safety management in laboratory for cylinders.
