测定工业废水总氮分析方法的探讨

摘　　要：水中的总氮是衡量水质的重要指标之一,常用碱性过硫酸钾紫外分光光度法测定水中总氮,在实践中发现,由于过硫酸钾药剂品质原因,会出现空白吸光值偏高的现象,与国家标准不超过0.030不符。通过对过硫酸钾试剂的研究,降低空白吸光值,使结果准确、可靠。Total nitrogen in water is one of the important indexes to measure water quality.It is often used to measure total nitrogen in water by potassium persulfate ultraviolet spectrophotometry.In practice,due to the quality of potassium persulfate,the blank absorbance value is high Of the phenomenon,with the national standard does not exceed 0.030 does not match,this article through the potassium persulfate reagent research,reduce the blank absorbance values,the results accurate and reliable.
