摘 要:为了提高柴油机活塞与缸套的装配精度,增大柴油机活塞缸套工作效率及使用寿命,解决目前柴油机活塞缸套装配随机匹配、人工修配等问题.按照船舶柴油机活塞缸套装配要求,对活塞缸套测量数据统一分装管理,结合装配精度范围,基于遗传算法的程序构建,设计面向装配过程的智能选配系统,使活塞缸套达到一一对应装配的目的,减少装配的随机误差以及累计误差对活塞缸套工作性能的影响,降低装配的返工率及人工修配带来的装配周期延长的问题.并以某机型柴油机的一组活塞缸套为例进行试验验证,获得了整体最优匹配结果.This paper aims to improve the assembly accuracy of diesel engine piston and cylinder liner, to increase the working efficiency and service life of diesel engine piston cylinder liner, and to resolve the present random matching assembly problems of diesel engine pistons and cylinder liners as well as its artificial repair. Combined with the assembly precision range and based on the genetic algorithm, an intelligent matching system facing the assembly process is designed according to the assembly requirements for marine diesel engine piston to uniformly sub-package manage the metrical data of piston and cylinder liner. The goal is achieved of one to one correspondence in assembly of piston and cylinder, decreasing the influence on the working performance of the piston cylinder due to random assembly error and accumulated error and reducing the rework rate of the assembly and the problem of the extension of the assembly cycle brought by artificial repair. Finally, the best overall match results are obtained for a set of diesel engine pistons and cylinder liners taken as an experimental example.
