特色小镇如何做“特”——以平湖九龙山航空运动小镇为例

摘　　要：为适应与引领经济新常态,2015年起,浙江省全面启动建设一批产业特色鲜明、人文气息浓厚、生态环境优美、兼具旅游与社区功能的特色小镇。特色小镇作为浙江新兴产业的新空间,应与现有中心镇、风情小镇、小城市培育试点等有所不同,与开发区、集聚区、工业区、旅游度假区等有所区别。本文以浙江嘉兴平湖九龙山航空运动小镇为例,分别从定位、产业、风貌、运作、业态等方面总结该小镇的独特性,从而解释特色小镇如何做"特"。In order to adapt to the new normal economic, since 2015 Zhejiang province has started the construction of a number of characteristic towns with distinctive features of the industry, strong cultural atmosphere, beautiful ecological environment, both tourism and community features. As a new space for the emerging industries in Zhejiang, the characteristic town is different with the existing central town, style town, small city and so on, but also with the development zone, the gathering area, industrial areas, tourist resort, etc. This paper takingJiulongshan air sports town, Pinghu, Jiaxing, Zhejiang as an example, summaries the unique nature of the town respectively from the function positioning, industry, style, operation, format and other aspects, so as to explain the how characteristics town to do.
