摘　　要：目的通过调查慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者治疗的用药依从性及患者吸入技术的掌握情况,探讨影响患者规范用药的因素,以便为COPD患者提供完善用药教育方案及更专业的药学服务。方法调查2015年3月至5月在南方医科大学珠江医院就诊的COPD患者,用Morisky问卷表调查患者的依从性,并对患者的吸入剂操作技术进行评分。结果纳入的39例COPD患者中,48.7%的患者属于完全不依从,只有3名患者(7.7%)用药依从性良好。患者治疗依从性与初期疗效自我评价、对疾病和药物的了解水平及患者的经济状况相关。结论该调查显示COPD患者治疗依从性不佳,需要更规范细致的用药教育。OBJECTIVE To investigate the treatment compliance and dry powder inhalation using technique of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） and analyze the influential factors of treatment compliance. METHODS Patients with COPD at clinic of Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University from March to May in 2015 were surveyed. Morisky Questionnaires were used to investigate the compliance, and the inspiration technology was evaluated. RESULTS Among 39 patients with COPD recruited in the survey, only 3 patients （7.7%） had good compliance. Factors exerted influence on the compliance included self evaluation of early efficacy, lack of disease knowledge and economic status. CONCLUSION The compliance level of the patients with COPD is poor and sysematic education and management are need.
