摘 要:目的探讨住院2型糖尿病患者的临床诊断、相关生化指标及临床用药之间的关系,为临床医师推荐合理的处方治疗方案。方法回顾性分析2012年-2014年住院治疗的312例住院2型糖尿病患者的临床诊断、相关生化指标检测结果和临床用药等资料。将临床用药资料进行汇总及分类,形成处方治疗方案。采用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行聚类分析,将聚类分析结果与处方治疗方案进行对应分析,探讨两者之间的联系。结果临床诊断、相关生化指标共聚类成9类,处方治疗方案筛选出20个。类别与处方治疗方案的对应分析结果较好地揭示了两者之间的联系。结论临床实践中,处方治疗方案与临床诊断、相关生化指标的变化密切相关。OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship among the clinical diagnosis of the type 2 diabetes hospitalized, the related biochemical indexes and the clinical medication. METHODS 312 cases of the clinical diagnosis, the related biochemical test results and the clinical medical uses in type 2 diabetic patients hospitalized from 2012 to 2014 were analyzed restropectively. The data of the clinical medications was aggregated and classified to form the therapeutic plans. Cluster analysis was performed by using SPSS 19.0. The results of the clustering analysis and the therapeutic plans were treated by correspondence analysis, to explore the relationship between them. RESULTS The clinical diagnosis and the related biochemical indexes were clustered into 9 groups and 20 therapeutic plans were screened out. The relationship between groups and prescription treatment options was effectively discovered with correspondence analysis. CONCLUSION Prescription treatment options is closely related to clinical diagnosis and changes in biochemical indexes.
