基于“清、补、祛瘀”理论探讨肝宁方治疗慢性乙型肝炎的应用研究

摘　　要：肝宁方是由广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院研发的协定处方,主要由黄芪、白术、白芍、当归、鳖甲、泽兰、葫芦茶、猛老虎组成。全方攻补兼施,扶正祛邪,阴阳平调。肝宁方是基于在中医药"清热利湿、补气健脾、活血祛瘀"理论基础上,结合瑶医药盈亏平衡理论及技术专长,组成具有广西特色的治疗慢性乙型肝炎方药。现对该理论进行研究探讨。Ganningfang is a protocol prescription which is developed by Affiliated Ruikang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is mainly composed of Huangqi, Baizhu, Baishao, Danggui, Biejia, Zelan, Hulucha, Menglaohu. This prescription not only possesses effect of einforcement and elimination in combination but also strengthens resistance and expulses pathogen. Coordinating yin and yang is the main point of it. This prescription based on three therapeutic principles which is clearing heat and promoting,invigorating spleen and tonifying Qi, activating blood circulation to dissipate stasis. Besides above Chinese theory,it also combines therapeutic principles of Yingkui balance theory of Zhuang Medicine. Ganningfang is used for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with Guangxi characteristics. Now let us explore Ganningfang application research.
