针灸联合中医药治疗肝郁化火型失眠的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸联合中医药治疗肝郁化火型失眠的临床效果。方法:选取2014年2月—2016年3月以来收治的80例肝郁化火型失眠患者作为研究对象,按治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。给予对照组患者龙胆泻肝丸进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合针灸进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果、肝郁化火证候积分及PSQI情况。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义P<0.05;治疗前,两组肝郁化火证候积分和PSQI评分比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组证候积分均有显著改善,观察组优于对照组,PSQI评分均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合中医药治疗肝郁化火型失眠能有效改善患者睡眠质量,调节患者情志,毒副作用低,提高患者生活质量。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of insomnia of liver depression transforming into fire. Methods ： Select 80 cases of insomnia of liver depression transforming into fire from February 2014 to March 2016 as the research object. According to the different treatments divide them into control group and observation group ,40 cases in each. The control group patients were given Longdan Xiegan Pill for treatment. On the basis of the control group, the observation group combined acupuncture treatment. Observe the treatment effect, syndrome scores and PSQI situation of two groups. Results ：The observation group＇s effective rate was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 80. 0% ）. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Before treatment, there was no significant difference between two groups＇ insomnia syndrome scores and PSQI score. After treatment, the scores in the two groups were improved significantly. The observation group＇s was better than the control group＇s. PSQI scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Acupuncture and moxihustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of insomnia of liver depression transforming into fire can effectively improve sleep quality, adjust the patients＇ emotions, improve the patients quality of life and have less side effects.
