摘　　要：高血压是遗传和环境因素相互作用的一种复杂性疾病,其发病机制和治疗一直是医药界的研究重点。近来大量研究表明MicroRNA对高血压的发生发展和治疗有重要的作用,包括对血管内皮细胞的功能紊乱、血管平滑肌和肾素血管紧张素醛固酮系统的影响,且miRNA作为高血压病的治疗靶点,通过对miRNA的调控,可以发挥其治疗功能。中医药防治高血压与miRNA调控相结合,可揭示高血压发病机制和治疗新的认识。miRNA无论从诊断和治疗高血压都有巨大的研究价值,是进一步研究高血压的重要方向。Hypertension is a complex disease interaction between genetic and environmental factors, and the pathogenesis and treatment has been a focus of research in medicine. Recently, A large number of studies have indicated that microRNA plays an important role inthe development and treatment of hypertension, including the dysfunction of vascular endothelial cells, vascular smooth muscle and renin angiotensin aldosterone system, and miRNA as a therapeutic target ofhypertension, through the regulation of miRNA may exert its therapeutic function. Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of hypertension and miRNA control combined can reveal the pathogenesis of hypertension and new understanding of treatment, miRNA from the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension has great research value. It is an important direction for further study of hypertension.
