摘 要:采用火焰喷涂的方法对汽车车身板进行了喷涂修复,研究了不同热处理温度对喷涂修复涂层形貌、耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,对原始修复涂层进行热处理后的磨损失重都有不同程度的降低,且随着热处理温度的升高,磨损质量损失呈现先降低而后升高的趋势,在热处理温度为900℃时,涂层的磨损质量损失最小。随着热处理温度的升高,涂层的腐蚀质量损失呈现先增加而后降低最后又增加的趋势,在热处理温度为500℃时涂层的腐蚀质量损失最小。Auto body panels were spray-repaired by flame spraying method, and the effect of heat treatment temperature on microstructure, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the spray-repaired panels were studied. The results show that the wear mass loss of the spray-repaired coating has different degrees lower after heat treatment, and with the increase of heat treatment temperature, wear mass loss decreases first and then increases. When the heat treatment temperature is 900 ℃,the wear mass loss is minimum. With the increase of heat treatment temperature, the corrosion mass loss increases first and then decreases, and finally increases. When the heat treatment temperature is 500 ℃, the corrosion mass loss is minimum.
