摘　　要：通过稀土变质和复合变质,可以改善低铬白口铸铁磨球共晶碳化物的形貌与分布,减少白口铸铁中粗大连续的网状碳化物,获得优良的综合力学性能,生产的磨球表现出优良的耐磨性能。By rare earth metamorphism and composite metamorphism, the eutectic carbide morphology and distribution in low chromium white cast iron grinding ball can be improved, the bulky continuous carbide network in the white cast iron were reduced and the excellent comprehensive mechanical properties were obtained. The grinding balls with excellent wear resistance were produced.
