摘　　要：研制了柴油机零部件热处理工艺分析专家系统(HTAES)。该系统能够根据零部件特点选用特定的热处理工艺,用户通过热处理工艺分析专家系统可以选择进入材料选择和工艺查询、原因分析,对策建议以及连接知识库和数据库。HTAES高效结合了热处理专家总结的相关经验,可以快速选择零部件所用材料,确定工艺路线,提高工作效率和产品品质。The expert system of the analysis of heat treatment process for diesel engine parts was developed. The heat treatment process analysis expert system（HTAES） can select specific heat treatment process according to the characteristics of the parts, through the heat treatment process analysis expert system, the user can choose the materials, query process,analyze causes, take countermeasures through connecting to the database and knowledge base. HTAES is a highly efficient combination of heat treatment expert about relevant experience, user can quickly select the part＇s materials, determine the process line, improve work efficiency and product quality.
