摘 要:十字滑块联轴器可补偿安装及运转时两轴间的相对位移,但是要求主动轴与从动轴之间不能存在夹角,且在工作时,如果两轴间发生相对位移,中间盘就会产生很大的离心力,从而增大动载荷及磨损,降低联轴器的使用寿命。针对这个问题,利用TRIZ理论对其分析,设计出一种弧面十字滑块联轴器。参考SL70型十字滑块联轴器的技术参数,运用Pro/E和ANSYS Workbench软件,对新型联轴器进行三维建模和装配并进行了静力学分析。研究表明,在传递相同的公称转矩下,弧面十字滑块联轴器满足强刚度要求。The arc surfaced Oldham coupling can compensate the relative displacement of the two shafts for installation and operation,but requires no intersection angle between the driving shaft and the driven shaft.Furthermore,the relative displacement between the two shafts can cause great centrifugal force in the intermediate plate,thereby the dynamic load and wear will be increased and the service life of the coupling will be reduced.Based on the analysis of the problem from the perspective of TRIZ,an arc surfaced Oldham coupling was designed.With reference to the technical parameters of SL70 Oldham coupling,the three-dimensional modeling was built and the statics analysis was conducted by using the Pro/E software and ANSYS Workbench software.The research indicated that the new arc surfaced Oldham coupling with the same nominal torque could satisfy the requirements for strength and stiffness.
