失能老人用升降式洗浴装置的设计与研究

摘　　要：为解决失能老年人洗浴困难以及护理人员操作不便的问题,设计了一种带有水疗作用的升降式洗浴装置。从人机工程学角度出发,对其主要尺寸、功能和控制流程进行了分析,对洗浴装置的电动液压式剪叉升降机构进行了计算,设计出一种可以吸收振动和位置偏差的浴槽密封结构。制造出洗浴装置的样机并对其进行了相关实验研究,从而验证了设计的有效性和可行性,成功解决了失能老人洗澡难、护理者负担重的难题。In order to solve the problem of bathing difficulties of the disabled elderly and the inconvenient operation of nurses,a lift-type bath device with hydrotherapeutics function was designed.The key dimensions,the functions and the control flow for the device were firstly analyzed from the perspective of ergonomics in this paper;then the electro-hydraulic scissor lift mechanism of the bath device was calculated,and a seal structure which can absorb the vibration and position deviation was designed.At last,the prototype of the bath device was fabricated and the related experimental research was carried out,which proved the validity and feasibility of the design,and successfully solved the problem of bathing difficulties of the disabled elderly and the heavy burden of the caregivers.
