连翘体外、体内抗甲型流感病毒的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察连翘体外、体内抗甲型流感病毒的作用。方法:采用血凝实验方法,将不同浓度流感病毒接种鸡胚尿囊腔制造甲型流感病毒感染鸡胚模型,观察不同浓度连翘提取物对造模后鸡胚的预防和治疗作用。采用鼻腔接种甲型流感病毒FM1株诱导幼龄昆明种小鼠肺炎,将不同浓度连翘提取物以灌胃给药途径治疗小鼠流感病毒性肺炎,观察各组小鼠一般状态、肺指数、肺组织形态学及对IV RNA表达的影响。结果:中药连翘可预防流感病毒在鸡胚内增殖,其预防作用随药物浓度降低而减弱,但各浓度之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中药连翘对感染IV鸡胚具有治疗作用,其治疗作用随浓度降低而减弱,但各浓度间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中药连翘可改善流感病毒肺炎小鼠一般状态,可减轻流感病毒肺炎小鼠肺组织病变,并抑制流感病毒在小鼠肺组织中复制。结论:中药连翘提取物具有体外抗流感病毒作用及对流感病毒肺炎小鼠的治疗作用。Objective： To observe the effects ofLianQiao（fructus forsythiae） in resisting influenza A vires in vi- vo and vitro. Methods： The preventive effects and therapeutic effects of LianQiao with different concentrations on chicken embryro were observed after preparing chicken embryro with influenza A virus by injecting different con- centrations of influenza A virus, mice pneumonia of inborn from kunming were induced by adopting inocualtion in- fluenza A virus FM1 though nasal cavity, general state, lung index, lung histogical morphology, the influences on IV and RNA expressions were observed. Results： LianQiao can prevent proliferation of influenza virus in chicken em- bryro, the prevention effects decreased with concentration decreased, but there were no statistical differences be- tween different concertrations （P〉0.05）. LianQiao had treatment function for chicken embryo infected with IV, the treatment function decreased with concertration decreased, but there were no statistical differences between different concertrations （P〉0.05）. LianQiao can improve the general state of pneumonia mice with influenza, relieve lung tis- sue lesion, inhibit replication of influenza in mice lung tissue. Conclusion： LianQiao extraction has the effects of re- sisting influenza in vitro and treatment function for pneumonia mice with influenza virus.
