摘　　要：目的探讨经过护理干预对提高患者PICC置管依从性的影响。方法选取我科自2014年6月~2015年5月需进行置管的肿瘤化疗患者268例作为研究对象,采用自行设计调查问卷表,对需要置管的患者进行问卷调查,针对存在的问题采取相应的护理措施。结果通过问卷调查中存在的问题进行相应的护理干预后,患者的置管依从性、医护人员、患者及家属对PICC在化疗中重要性认识度均明显高于未干预前（P〈0.05）。结论有效的护理干预可以提高患者置管的依从性,减少药物对血管的刺激,为患者提供最优化的治疗方案,提高了患者的满意度。Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention during PICC on the compliance of cathetering.Methods 268 cases of patients of Cancer chemotherapy needing to be placed in the tube were selected from June 2014 to May 2015.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the patients needing to be placed in the tube,and the corresponding nursing measures were taken for the existing problems discovered during the questionnaire survey.Results Existing problems were proceeded with the corresponding nursing intervention,patients with catheter compliance,the importance of PICC in chemotherapy of medical workers,patients and relations were significantly higher than that before intervention（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Effective nursing intervention can improve the compliance of patients,reduce the stimulation of blood vessels,provide the optimized treatment plan for patients,and improve the patient＇s satisfaction.
