100例系统性红斑狼疮患者对疾病认知状况调查

摘　　要：目的调查系统性红斑狼疮患者对疾病认知状况。方法采用自行设计的问卷,调查2011年1月~2015年4月曾在福建医科大学附属闽东医院中医科住院的100名系统性红斑狼疮患者的疾病相关知识认知状况,分析其影响因素。结果 100名患者平均总得分（7.69±2.14）分,疾病一般知识、服药相关知识和日常护理知识得分分别为（2.38±0.68）、（2.07±1.01）、（3.26±0.91）分。年龄60岁以上患者、文化程度低、病程2年以下、初次住院和治疗态度不积极患者疾病相关知识总得分较低（P〈0.05）,而男女患者总得分无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论系统性红斑狼疮患者对疾病相关知识认知不足,特别是药物相关知识;年老、文化程度低、病程短、初次住院和态度消极患者认知尤其不足;健康教育时应加强对上述人群进行药物相关知识宣教。Objective To investigate disease cognitive status of systemic lupus erythematosus patients.Methods A self designed questionnaire was used.100 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus patients hospitalized in department of Mindong Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical hospital from January 2011 to April 2015 were selected to investigate the disease cognitive status.The factors influencing recognition were analyzed.Results The average total score of the 100 patients was（7.69±2.14） points.Score of common knowledge,score of medication related knowledge and score of usual care were（2.38±0.68）,（2.07±1.01）,and（3.26±0.91） respectively.The desaese related scores were lower in the patients with age more than 60 years,lower education,course of desease less than 2 years,first hoslitalization or inactive attitude（P〈0.05）.No significant difference was seen between male and female patients（P〉0.05）.Conclution The disease cognitive status in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus is lack,especially drug related knowledge.The knowledge in patients with elder age,lower education,shorter course of desease,first hoslitalization or inactive attitude was especially deficient.Health education especial in medication related knowledge should be emphasized in the above-mentioned patients.
