摘  要:采用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定两种药食同源植物赤苍藤和密蒙花多糖的含量,并采用DPPH法、水杨酸法、ABTS法以及FRAP法测定其粗多糖的抗氧化性能。结果表明,赤苍藤和密蒙花的多糖含量分别为30.78、190.89 mg/g;赤苍藤多糖和密蒙花多糖清除·OH和ABTS+·的能力均强于VE,其Fe3+还原/抗氧化能力均强于VC,且赤苍藤多糖的清除DPPH·能力和Fe3+还原/抗氧化能力均强于VE,密蒙花多糖清除·OH能力强于VC。The contents of polysaccharides of Erythropalum scandens Bl. and Buddleja officinalis Maxim weredetermined by phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry method,and their antioxidant activity was estimated by DPPH,salicylic acid,ABTS and FRAP method. The results showed that the content of polysaccharides of E. scandens and B. Maxim were 30.78 mg/g and 190.89 mg/g respectively. The polysaccharides of E. scandens and B. Maxim scavenging ·OH and ABTS+·activity were higher than VE,reducing Fe^3+ antioxidant activity were higher than VC. The polysaccharides of E. scandens scavenging DPPH·activity and reducing Fe3+antioxidant activity were higher than VE,and the polysaccharides of B. Maxim scavenging·OH activity was higher than VC.
