摘　　要：荞麦皮是荞麦种子的外壳,研究表明荞麦皮中含有黄酮类、酚类、色素、纤维素等多种成分,被广泛应用于枕芯制作、吸附剂等,也可开发为抗氧化剂、色素添加剂。该文对荞麦皮的化学成分、生物活性及应用情况进行了综述,为荞麦皮中具有保健作用和生理活性物质的发现和综合开发利用提供依据。Buckwheat hulls,the shell of buckwheat seed,contains various chemical ingredients including flavonoids,phenolics,pigments and celluloses. Currently,it was developed to commercial pillow for the treatment of cervical spondylosis or used as solid adsorbent in sewage processing as well as color additive in food industry. In this paper,numerous reports on chemical constituents,extraction technologies,quantification methods,biological activities and actual applications of buckwheat hulls were summarized in order to provide an overview and reference for further exploitation and utilization of this resource.
