摘 要:对我国果蔬类食品供应发展趋势和传统物流模式进行说明,提出传统物流模式中存在的问题以及对我国果蔬农产品产业发展的限制。阐述构建果蔬类食品供应链系统的特征与优势,包括有利于实现果蔬类食品的品牌化、有利于减少果蔬类食品物流环节、降低成本、有利于信息传播和提高整个果蔬类食品行业抗风险能力。提出构建我国果蔬类食品供应链的原则和对应策略,旨在建立高效、便捷、低成本的果蔬类食品供应链系统。The development trend of fruit and vegetable food supply and the traditional logistics mode in our country were introduced. The problems existing in the traditional logistics mode and the limitation on the devel-opment of Chinese fruit and vegetable industry of agricultural products were proposed. The article illustrates the construction of a fruit and vegetable food supply chain system characteristics and advantages,including advantageous to realize the brand of fruit and vegetable foods,help reduce fruit and vegetable food logistics link,reduce the cost,enhance information transmission and improve the anti-risk ability of the industry. In order to build efficient,convenient,low cost of fruit and vegetable food supply chain system,the construction of fruit and vegetable food supply chain,the principles and corresponding strategies were proposed in this paper.
