摘　　要：筛选适用于玉米秸秆为基质的香菇菌种,以利用玉米秸秆代料栽培香菇。以4株香菇菌株937、808、辽香1号、辽香6号为试验菌株,通过玉米秸秆代料栽培的对比试验,根据试验中菌丝生长速度、生物转化率、优质菇率的结果,确定辽香6号为适合辽宁省岫岩地区玉米代料栽培香菇的菌种,其生物转化率达86%以上,优质菇率达95%以上。Strains of xianggu mushroom （Letinus edodes） applicable for corn stalks as a base for the cultivation were screened in order to use corn stalks as a substitute for other materials. Four L. edodes strains, 937,808, Liaoxiang 1, Liaoxiang 6, were taken as experimental strains. The comparison experiments using corn stalks as a substitute material in Xiuyan area of Liaoning Province, Liaoxiang 6 was confirmed to be a strain applicable for corn stalks as substitute material to cultivate L. edodes according to the results of hyphal growth speed, bio-conversion rate, fine mushroom rating, with bio-conversion rate above 86% , and fine mushroom rate above 95%.
